DotA Allstars 6.88w8.w3x Map download 07/2018 – Official Dota-Allstars v6.88w8 has been Released. The DotA 6.88 finally appears on the DotA 1 and Dota 2, that means now IceFrog and Valve can concentrate planning the changes for the DotA 6.88w
- Telekinesis can now target ancient units including Roshan
- Fixed yet another issue when bonuses couldn’t be enabled
- Fixed (?) desync from w7
- Fixed issue when bonuses couldn’t be enabled due to some players having no access to website
- Reduced map size by 5 kb
Dota map 6.88w8 update and changelogs:
- Fixed yet another abuse with Meld
- Fixed Meld invisibility revealing when Stop pressed
- Shukuchi can no longer be slowed down and behaves like Haste rune
- Fixed Windwalk (Bounty Hunter) not triggering bonus damage when attacking couriers
- Fixed Spin Web cast range being reduced when trying to cast it on the very edge of another web
- Forced movements will now properly remove invisibility from Shadow Amulet and Meld
- Added visual effect to Sven’s Greater cleave
- Fixed Guardian Angel didn’t affect hidden Puck or Rikimaru
- Fixed Pulse Nova draining mana on the initial damage tick as for a whole second
- Added sounds to Static Charge (Mjollnir)
- Fixed Static Charge procing on self-inflicted damage
- Added FX to Mana Drain and Life Drain
- Fixed neutral’s Ogre Magi Frost Armor icon positioning
- Fixed Unrefined Fireblast missing visual animation
- Fixed Caustic Final, Slithereen Crush, Rolling Boulder, Spark Wraith, Splinter Blast, Epicenter, Night Stalker’s Void, Frost Nova, Lightning Storm, Troll’s ranged Axes dealing damage before applying debuff, which affected neutral’s AI and some mechanics like Kraken Shell
- Fixed Ball Lightning could be ordered more than once
- Fixed Assassinate dealing no damage to units under damage amplify effect
- Fixed rare bug with Pudge and Bloodstone’d denying
- Fixed Laser’s blindness missing visual effect on the affected target
- Fixed rare bug with Helm of the Dominator allowing to have more than 1 unit under special circumstances
Balance changes
- Fixed Rot slow still being 27% instead of 30% (6.88)
- Cooldown reductions from Arcane Rune and Octarine Core are now multiplicative instead of additive (less effective when stacked)
- Scroll of Town portal CD from 65 to 70 (missing 6.84 change)
