Dota 6.86f

Dota v6.86f:
* Deafening Blast’s knockback is no longer a hard disable (affected units can cast abilities and items)
* Deafening Blast’s disarm portion rebalanced to keep same overall effectiveness as before (it previously applied disarm only after the knockback disable, numbers rescaled to keep same overall duration where they cannot attack)

If people (who doesn’t know how to play Invoker that’s why they don’t know how to counter him) is complaining about the Ravage-like Deafening blast, why not remove the ravage-like level 24 instead of of removing hard disable?

A new chain quest path has been added to celebrate the New Bloom Festival related to the Chinese New Year. Path of the Blossom will be available from February 5th to February 15th and grants a new Ember Spirit set at the end of the chain. Each quest completed gives a Crimson Parcel, a random bonus reward for New Bloom.

Dota 6.86 ai update

Dota 6.86e came out sooner than expected for many. It may not be here to stay for long, as we could see 6.86c before New Year’s still, but it’s still surprising to see so many adjustments after a short time. The individual changes and nerfs seem to make sense for the most part (Pudge being the bigger exception here), but implementing these heroes into Captain’s Mode has caught many people off guard. It feels as if more testing needs to be done to make these hero work. As mentioned above though, pros will likely be forced to figure out these heroes much quicker and we’ll likely see some changes towards them soon – if they are warranted.
